The Unlocked Awards by the Global Trends Forum (an Inkspell Media initiative) aims to salute professionals and enterprises who have set great examples for the industry with their innovation and creativity during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Soumini Sridhara Paul is Vice President of the Talent and Independent content platform, Artist Aloud (Hungama Digital Media Ent. Pvt. Ltd.). Launched in January 2010, Soumini has spearheaded the set up of Artist Aloud, South Asia’s premier digital platform for established and new talent with independent audio and video content along with a dedicated team. She also is Head of Operations and Content Development for Kids and other channels on YouTube and Special Content Creation and Event IP projects for Hungama. One of her pet projects is the channel she is building along with a wonderful team for Hungama Kids creating content which is age appropriate, entertaining and educational. She has over 20 years experience as a Pop Artist, Artist Manager as well as assignments with Channel [V] including Bollywood, Independent and International talent and Universal Music including album launches and promotions and artist relations. As a hobby, Soumini has been dabbling into writing for the last 5 years and Disha The Challenge is her first ever-published work through Partridge. She started her artistic stint as a singer almost 20 years back but chose to work in other aspects of the industry to build something that would change the face of Talent and Independent Content Space.
An itch for innovation and smart creativity drove her towards advertising, media and communications in 2007. Since then she has worked with corporates, startups, agencies and has been lucky enough to interact with some of the finest people of our industry. While doing that she explored the need for cutting-egde & leading-edge communications in today’s market.
Her entire league has been in the digital front which comprises of strategy, social media, digital engagement and mobile derivative. Having essayed roles from Account Managers to Marketing Manager to Head digital strategy and engagement in her roles with Zoom tv, Interactive Avenues, Dealsandyou.com, Airtel and now GRAPES DIGITAL; the key thing she believe lies in ‘UNLEARNING’. This helps you to think of “out of the box” to campaign ideas with the help of newer platforms to engage with your audience.
A bronze medalist from the Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad for academic excellence during her PGDM (Communications) and a distinction holder in computer engineering, Shradha is a digital strategist and believes in no fool-notion.

Aditi is part of the founding team at Pocket Aces, a Sequoia Capital-funded, new age socially-distributed, multi-format, digital entertainment company making highly engaging content for the millennial audience via its channels FilterCopy, Dice Media, and Gobble. Aditi also advises Intellecap, where she set up the Intellecap Impact Investment Network, the world’s largest angel network investing in for-profit businesses, dedicated to creating a positive social impact across India and East Africa. She has worked closely with entrepreneurs, advising them on their business models and growth strategy.
Prior to joining Intellecap, Aditi spent over 5 years at Goldman Sachs in New York, specializing in quantitative equity research, trading and portfolio management. Aditi graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She is a CFA (USA) charter holder, a Shaper in the World Economic Forum Global Shaper Mumbai Hub, and a TiE Mumbai Charter Member.
She currently serves on the advisory boards of Jibu, an affordable clean drinking water enterprise in East Africa, and Impact Business Leaders, an organization dedicated to grooming more talent for the impact space.
Aditi is passionate about problem-solving, dance, and travel. She calls Kuwait (where she grew up) and Mumbai (where she currently resides) home.
Ashish is a marketing professional with over 16 years of experience into various verticals of marketing. He currently heads the Digital Marketing function for Hero Motors Group which includes companies like, Hero Cycles, Firefox Bikes, Hero Motors, BSH (Srilanka), Avocet Sports (UK), Munjal Kiriu, Hero ZFH, Hero Global Design Centre (Manchester), Munjal Hospitality & lifestyle chain OMA.
During the career span of 16+ years, he had worked for brands like Nokia, eBay, General Motors, HCL, Vodafone, Jubilant and extensively trained on consumer/trade/B2B marketing/ Analytics. He has handled assignments of Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Data Analytics, CRM, ecommerce, product management, pricing, placement, consumer promotion, brand launch, brand management, events, incentive schemes, PR management, trade promotions, branding & visibility planning to name a few.
Ashish is decently tech savvy in amalgamation of various platforms (mobile/web/voice) & technologies and the usage of data mining & visualisation software’s like Tableau apart of advance excel.
Ashish is a music buff besides being an avid reader, and loves to cycle around in his free time.
